Brief Answer:
Looks like stable disease after chemo

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I am sorry to know about your mom. It appears that she now has metastatic breast cancer and completed 6 cycles of chemo. Currently as per the PET report, it appears to be stable disease. In that case we can either continue same chemo or stop and watch carefully. If patient is tolerating well, then chemo can be continued.

Also we need to look at her ER PR and her2 receptor status. If any of these are positive, we can switch to appropriate targeted therapy. That gives good response with low toxicity.

Hope this helps. I will be available for followup.
Regards
