Brief Answer:
Not suggestive of a chronic infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
I have seen the attached reports. There is no evidence of any chronic infection in the area. The increased uptake is likely to be due to a minor stress fracture or aseptic inflammation. There is no suggestion of any loosening of prosthesis either. The severe pain that she is having is likely to be due to inflammation. It is best right now to take anti inflammatory medicines and take adequate bed rest. Doing a regular hot compress will also help in reducing the inflammation.
Do write to me in case there are any fruther queries.
Thanks and regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
She can avoid the antibiotic like Augmentin and Dalacin-C.
To decrease the inflammation she can take Ultracet thrice a day after meals. Adding enzymes like Flotrip forte and calcium supplements like Corcium C are also recommended.
She needs to do a regular hot compress in the area at least thrice daily to decrease the inflammation.
Hope my answer is helpful.
