Question: Hii I am XXXXXXX
recently i gone to TMT which shown mild Positive and Homocystien is more than the limit(21.0)

I consulted one doctor who said go for Angiogram as 2nd option i consulted othe doctor who is famous in XXXXXXX he checked 2D echo based on 2D Echo no problem he said slightly high BP is there .and he given dilitazem tablet
but i am getting pain right side pain and geting scared about this.
please let me know what i have to do immediately
