Brief Answer:
Welcome back
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Echo results are not bad.
But in case of positive stress test I think there is a need to angiography. It is not urgent. But coronary arteries should reevaluated.
Positive stress test means, that there is another blocked artery. But as it is not an acute blockage, it is not dangerous and urgent.
Regards,
Welcome back

Dear XXXXXXX
You can try with medical treatment and healthy lifestyle and evaluate with TMT in a month.
Blockage can't be cured with medications, but ischemia can be treated with medication and atherosclerosis can be stabilized with medication.
So, he can take the medications, you can wait for some time and after think about angiography.
