Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.

How is your T3 and T4? Previous lab reports? ( upload the reports if possible)
How long you are having symptoms?
Have you done a thyroid uptake scan?
Have you done anti thyroid antibodies?
You are getting treated for hyperthyroidism - over active thyroid. In this condition thyroid hormones ( T3 and T4) are produced in excess and so the thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) is low.
This is treated with methimazole and ciplar.
Once treated TSH, T3 and T4 has to come to normal. The TSH takes a longer time to normalise and so in initial stages we look more at T4 and T3 for treatment response. If it is high we need to increase the Methimazole dose.
Another diagnosis for this blood tests is thyroiditis. In this condition your thyroid is destroyed either by virus or antibodies and thyroid hormones stored in thyroid are released in blood. This is associated with pain in neck. This is treated by steroids and ciplar. It is a self limiting condition and usually recovers by 2-3 months. Methimazole is not started in this condition as most patient go for hypothyroidism after 3 months.
The tests used to differentiate these two conditions are thyroid uptake scan, ESR and anti thyroid antibodies.
From whatever data you have provided ( neck pain, FNAC showing thyroiditis) - though I haven't examined you- I feel like you are having thyroiditis.
