Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Thanks for writing in to us at hcm.
This is Dr.Riyanka and I am glad to be helping you with your query.

The normal range for TSH values are 0.4 and 4.0 mIU/L. Since your TSH level is more but T3 and T4 are normal , kindly get it tested in another laboratory for reassurity.

Going by your age , if your ECG is normal then it is unlikely that there are problems . However, some conditions may not be picked up on ECG. So, Kindly get an Echocardiography ( Ultrasonographic test to visualise various chambers of the heart and its functioning).

Along with that a holter ECG (a chip that can monitor 24 hour ECG ) can give a better picture of any cardiac events that occur throughout the day but may have gone unnoticed in the regular ECG done.

A lipid profile may also be necessary to know the cholesterol levels in the body.

If the above mentioned tests come out to be normal then please dont worry the pain in the left hand may be a muscular pain and not related to heart.

Hope this answers your query. Don't worry .
