Brief Answer:
PID OR ENDOMETRIOSIS

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
Well the presence of free fluid in POD and pain during intercourse and left lower abdominal pain can indicate towards a pelvic infection or PID( pelvic inflammatory disease) - which can be treated with a 14 day course of antibiotics.
But the bulky uterus along with painful intercourse can also indicate towards a possibility of developing endometriosis, which can often cause dysmenorrhoea and fluid in POD.
This can be further investigated with a diagnostic laparoscopy after a course of antibiotics with an aim to treat infection first. If the pain is not reduced then after a month or in next cycle if the symptoms persist then a laparoscopy should be opted which is a gold standard for diagnosis of endometriosis.
Cervicitis is inflammation of cervix( the uterine opening) which is not seen on ultrasound usually and can be deciphered with a PAP smear ideally and local per speculum examination.
So at present antibiotics should be taken for suspected PID.

Detailed Answer:
Well,
the doctor has offered you vaginal pessaries for fungal and bacterial vaginosis and oral anti fungal FLUKA 150 stat.
However doxycycline is the antibiotic and should be continued for 14 days ideally. Also required would have been a gram negative and anaerobic cover in form of METROGYL OR ORNIDAZOLE 500mg TWICE A DAY which should have been added.
Chymoral forte is is meant for healing and got enzymes promoting speedy healing from infection.
You may continue the meds as advised , but just discuss the possibility of adding ornidazole with your physician.
