What Does This VDRL Test Result Indicate?

Just received my results for VDRL. It says VDRL (RPR), Serum Non Reactive (Slide flocculation). And then it says "Note - Titers of 1 : 8 and above are significant". Could you please help me understand my result? Thanks.

according to reports all your tests are negative. Hiv antibodies and antigen, herpes test and for syphilis I.e vdrl.you can allay fears.
It (1 : 8) is the value required according to there standard to call as positive.it is a clause many lab write.once mentioned non reactive means negative and you need not worry or get anxious about it.
