What Does This VDRL Test Result Indicate?

Question: Hi, I got a test and my test came VDRL= NON REACTIVE TPHA= WEAK REACTIVE HIV NEGATIVE I just want to know do i have Syphilis or any other STD.

1. Did you have any unprotected sexual encounter, if yes then when was it

2. Which was the test used for HIV
