Brief Answer:
no dangerous situation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM

I can understand your concern

According to the history you provide pneumonitis is not a dangerous situation.

It is an infection of lung tissue caused usually from bacterial or viral agents.

For this i would recommend you to do a treatment with antibiotic (like Clarytromicin twice) for a week.

After 2-3 weeks you may repeat the chest x ray and probably the opacity will be disappeared.

Do not worry it will pass soon

Please discuss with your doctor for the above
Hope to have been helpful for you
