Brief Answer:
you need to protect your hip

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your x ray and case. When doctor was removing plate, there is some piece of bone is also removed. There is nothing wrong with surgery. Because of this bone loss there is chance of stress fracture is there. You need to follow these advise.
1.Avoid running or standing for long time.
2.There is no need of walker or crutch, but make sure that you should no fell any where.
3.Tablet Osetosolve one daily for three months.
This gap will be filled in three months. So you need to take these precautions till than.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks

Brief Answer:
No physio for you

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I will not suggest you to follow these exercises. I think right now you can do only walk in the park. These exercises can re fracture your bone. Discuss my concern with your physio.
Thanks
