Thanks for your query
I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having lumbar spondylosis ( age related degenerative changes) throughout the lumbar spine. These are common in your age. Glucosamine is useful and you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Now you can't walk more than 30 steps before you got severe pain. You are advised to get MRI scan to see many diseases including spinal stenosis. In spinal stenosis Mecobalamin is of some help. MRI is needed to further decision.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
