Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is no attached report along with the query but according to your health question there seems nothing much to worry.
Usually periods are irregular in amount and duration while lactation because of the effect of various hormones in varying amounts due to the effect of lactation.
You can take tranexemic acid with mefanemic acid acid combination tablet during periods after asking your gynecologist in case the pain or flow gets excessive.
But all in all nothing to worry.
You can upload the report in case possible.

Dr Manisha

Brief Answer:
No endometriosis

Detailed Answer:
There is nothing to worry as there is no evidence of endometriosis as yet and it is not at all common either.
Just a minor incidence of any complication doesn't imply that it can occur in all the patients who get cesarean section done.
So don't be anxious and scared as I have seen the report which is almost normal except the presence of PCOD so you need not to worry at all.
This is all because of lactation and will be fine soon.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
Only weight reduction needed

Detailed Answer:
Most welcome dear.
Relax as per your ultrasound findings everything is fine. Fatty liver is just an incidental finding and is common in post partum period and will not create an issue but in case you are very anxious then get liver function test done which if have normal results then nothing to worry.
PCOD is an endocrinological disorder and cannot be cured completely so only the symptoms are cured like infertility or acne or hirsutism.
You don't need treatment for it and just reduce weight like you are trying by any means which are comfortable for you like diet, exercise or yoga.
Weight reduction will also control PCOD to a great extent and you will feel relief in menstrual symptoms too.
In case you have any questions in future then you can directly approach me on this forum.
Take care.
