Brief Answer:
hello

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
Thank you for the query
I understand your concern
Well necrotising granulomatous inflammation is classically seen in tuberculosis and usually there is no other differential diagnosis
It's a correct decision to start tuberculosis treatment
Can get second opinion of the biopsy from a histopathology doctor
Also to pcr is not a very sensitive test hence can be negative especially in abdominal tuberculosis
Hope this answers your query
Wish you a speedy recovery
Happy to help
