Brief Answer:
Tuberculous ulcer?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Your son's doctor has done almost all the relevant tests and nothing is conclusive.
I have seen a few patients with similar ulcers and they turned out to be positive for tuberculosis.
You discuss with his doctor about this possibility and get the biopsy tested for tuberculosis if not done already.
Rwgards,
Dr.R.K
