What Does This Biopsy Report Indicate?

Question: Had 2nd biopsy on 12/29/16.
results; bone marrow, right iliac crest, aspiration and biopsy Normocellular bone marrow with relative erythroid hyperplasia and abundant iron. no monoclonal plasma cell population identified. Does this mean I don't have mm or any complications there of? I started take additional meds of valcade and Valacyclovir Hcl on 1/5

I have gone through the details. So this is a normal picture of a marrow and so far doesn't show any evidence of myeloma. You should continue further treatment. This will include maintenance treatment of Velcade.
