What Does This Blood And Urine Test Results Indicate?
Question: HI Dr XXXXXXX I am back with further blood and urine test, though chest xray is still to be received, I also did the grommet surgery done, as it was annoying me a lot due to blocked ear and having lot of pressure on my good ear as well, so grommet is now fit in both my ears.. Below is your last response and with my further queries:

This finger problem could be because of the arthritis.
Discuss with your doctor as soon as possible and get the necessary investigations done.

My question is that if you can review the reports and tell me:
1. if the reports are conclusive now? could you figure out the actual problem?
2. Medicines given me are right,
3. And any other suggestion from your end?
4. Is this still comes under Rheumatic Arthritis or WG is totally different issue?
5. Is this fully curable and how much time it may take?
6. Is there a possibility of relapse after cured?
7. Do you agree that that if it is WG (Weg Granu.) then my sinus and middle ear infection was actually due to that, rather than otherway round? Also while reading WG on internet, is mentioned that sinus and middle ear infections are also the syptoms of WG?

You have wegeners granulomatosis .
You need to take cyclophosphamide and prednisolone. You should consult your rheumatologist and start the treatment accordingly.
You have not done chest x ray and urine routine, and that should have been done prior to start steroids .
Your ear and nose conditions will improve with the medication and need not worry at all.The ear and nose conditions are because of the systemic disease.
Wegeners involves upper respiratory tract, respiratory system, and kidneys.
It is curable with medicines.
