What Does This Blood Report For Fever Indicate?

Question: Hello Doctor My brother has fever and gone fr test as per doctors advice but report saying ..IGG and IGM- Negative ...But nS1 - Positive and Templates-136000 what does it mean? He had Dengue fever 2 years back. Please suggest me.

Hi,
Thank you for query.

I saw the reports. Your brother's platelets are low and his NS1 is positive.
Drink plenty of fluids. If he has fever he can take Tab. Dolo 650 mg thrice daily,T.pan 40mg twice daily before food.
Check platelets today evening. If there is any decrease below 1lakh then he requires hospitalization.
