Brief Answer:
Your blood reports are normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Your RBC count and hemoglobin is 13.6 and is normal.

2. The total leucocyte count and differential counts are normal. Lymphocyt 25 percent, Neutrophil 72 percent and eosinophil 4 percent are normal.

3. Platelet count is 2.74 lakhs and is normal.

In conclusion, the above findings are normal and you do not have any blood condition like leukemia as seen in the report. You can get a peripheral blood smear test done for confirmation.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
The slight increment from 18 to 25 is not significant clinically

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. If the lymphocyte count was 18 percent 3 months bcak and now it is 25 percent then there is no need to worry. The total count also is within normal range.

2. For leukemia, the WBC counts increase to very high levels and the cells are in immature stage. Since your WBC count is still 7800 therefore leukemia cannot happen. The change from 18 percent to 25 percent for lymphocyte is not relevant clinically.

3. However you can get your blood cells seen un der the microscope by the periheral blood smear. In thes test two drops of blood are taken from finger tip and spread over glass and looked on to under a microscope.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
