What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: Hi.. i have received some very obscure blood results, i was hoping you could help me make sense of them. These results have been relatively consistent for over a year now. Im confused as to whether this indicates iron overload, low iron stores or b12 deficiency? Any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Brief Answer:
Findings suggests mild deviation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Findings suggests mild deviation.
MCV is mildly raised. You are rightly taking methylcobalamin and methyl folate supplementation.Additionally you may need thyroid profile.
Hypothyroidism may cause raised MCV.
Other findings are almost normal. There are few minimal deviations and it is acceptable.Main factor is serum iron level and it is normal.
You may need peripheral smear blood examination.
