Most likely it's a viral infection other than dengue
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for asking on this platform
I have seen the report. The report shows decreased total leucocyte count (3600) with mild raised eosinonophil (8%)and normal platelet count.
The most common cause of fever with cough and cold in this age is some viral infection(not dengue).
Dengue usually presents with red rashes, fever with severe headache and body ache.
The platelet count is usually low in dengue, which is normal in your case.
Chances of dengue is very unlikely.
It may take 5-7 days for complete resolution of fever.
So I won't get worried if the child is active, accepting feeds well and there is no breathing difficulty.
I would suggest you to continue the current medication and consult your pediatrician if you find any significant abnormality.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Wishing for your child's speedy recovery.
Regards

Thanks for follow up
I can understand your concern. Recurrent viral infection causing cough and cold (2-4 times in a year) is common in this age.
Children of this age are prone to allergy.
During change in season, once you anticipate the occurrence of cough/cold giving antiallergic like montelukast and cetrizine for 1-2 month would help.
I won't get worried if child is growing properly and the illness does not need hospital admission or nebulisation.
You can continue giving septilin.
