Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The complete hemogram that you have posted is within normal limits.
There is slight decrease in hemoglobin from XXXXXXX to October 2015.
However, a variation of 10% is acceptable between two runs done at an interval of four months.
There is definite decrease in hemoglobin but the decrease is not drastic so do not worry about its.
The same is true for PDW. There is variation in value of PDW over four months but the variation is not drastic.
Thus, the variation in values of PDW and hemoglobin are acceptable.
The symptoms experienced by you currently - tachycardia, difficulty in breathing, headache, high blood pressure, bitter taste may be due to fluctuations in thyroid function tests.
I suggest you to get your thyroid function tests and get then reviewed by your treating doctor.
Fluctuations in thyroid function tests can lead to these symptoms.
If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
Thanks and take care
