Brief Answer:
You have thalassemia minor or iron deficiency anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
anisopoikilocytosis is variation in size and shape of rbc. It is very common in iron deficiency anemia and thalassemia.

Your hemoglobin is slightly low with high rbc count.

You may have thalassemia minor most likely. Or it may be iron deficiency anemia.

You should go for hb chromatography and serum iron level. It will give you exact diagnosis.

If you are planning for baby then its ok.
There are no any major complications. You should just take iron supplements and maintain the hemoglobin level in pregnancy.

Nothing to worry about that. It is very common condition.
