Brief Answer:
Vitamin deficiencies need correction
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concern.
ISo as per your answers, you possibly seem to changes of changes of fatty liver.
This is quite reversible with a good diet.
Likewise elevated homocysteine needed correction with oral pills of vitamin B12.
Likewise vitamin D is grossly deficient. This requires supplement too
For B12 correction, I prescribe oral pills of MATLIDA ER one pill daily for 3 months.
For vitamin D , I prescribe oral pills of TAYO K one pill a week for 6 weeks followed by tab SHELCAL 250 one pill twice a day for 6 months.
The above regimes will absolutely correct your metabolic deficiency.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.
With regards to diet, kindly avoid all fried and fatty food stuff.
Consume oats daily for relief of fatty liver.
Avoid alcohol all together.
Post your further queries if any.

Hi Dr. XXXXXXX
Earlier my job profile was full of travel & I used to stay in Hotels & eat restaurant food only. In last 6-8 years I have experienced the ageing effect, hair fall & weakened teethes, are all these things related to Vitamin B12 deficiency as during my last 3-4 years report Vitamin B12 is always on the lower side. Also I still face the Acne problem on my face & back alongwith dry scalp with flakes which is making my hairs thinner & weaker...Does Vitamin B12 is responsible for any such harmonal disbalance which I felt is in my case??
Regards
