Brief Answer:
reports are normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
The reports shown here are NORMAL

Is this something I should be co corner with because my Doctor hasnt said a word to me
I attached the back form that was firm with blood work is reason I asked about kidneys. It says greater then 60 and the online calculator I used shows my GFR around 100
The back page of my blood work had a comment about GFR
GFR Comment:
Chronic Kidney Disease, GFR <=60
ESRD, GFR <= 15
The equation has not been evaluated for use with the elderly (over 70 years of age). pregnant women, patients with acute renal failure or persons with extreme of body zip, muscle mass or nutritional values. NOTE: patients with GFR >=60 ml/min/1.73 square meters may have CKD if evidence of persistent proteinuria or hematuria is present. Additional information may be found at www.kdoqi.org
However my GFR was >60 as seen in bloodwork
also had urinalysis
i cannot get photo of it to upload but everything was within normal range
except-
UA Epithelial - Occasional
if bloodwork and urinalysis is still normal in your opinion i will close dicussion

Brief Answer:
rest assured the reports are normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I know you are concerned about the kidneys. let me explain-
GFR- glomerular filtration rate is an estimate of the kidney function . this decreases with age from 100 ml/min at age of 20 yrs to 50 ml/min at age of 80 years. once it goes below 60 then the serum creatinine value ( another estimate of renal function ) starts to rise.
creatinine is normally less than 1.2
More rise in creatinine - worse kidney
But in GFR it is opposite. Lesser the GFR worse kidney. since you have >60 that means it is totally normal.
so rest assured your kidneys look completely normal
best wishes
