Brief Answer:
Your complete blood count is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your complete blood count is normal.
But your ESR is high.

There are many causes of high esr.
Tuberculosis, anemia, infection, inflammation, connective tissue disease, melignancy, paraproteinemia etc are the common cause.

We have to search the cause.

Please give me some details.
Do you have fever?
Do you have cough?
Do you have weight loss?
Do you have past history of tuberculosis?
Do you have asthma?

Please go for chest x ray once.

Give me follow up with chest x ray report and history.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
