What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: I am a 34 W F with a 3.5 yr old son. I live in a renovated building in uptown XXXXXXX I was recently exposed to water from a toilet overflow that then came thru the ceiling of our condo. I have severe allergies and had skin rashes for close to 2 weeks. Mold was found due to another leak that was discovered and all has been treated. We feel certain that the 2nd leak found had been occurring for some time due to water stains and that the mold had run out of food in the crawl space. Since the exposure (I was soaked by the water) I have also been experiencing psychological and neurological impairment. I have had labs done but the endocrinologist does not believe I am having a thyroid issue even tho levels do not fall into "normal range". My Current symptoms include : weight loss, severe anxiety (like the end is coming for me). I am extremely tired but have racing thoughts and cant sleep due to nightmares, often screaming myself awake. I have had mouth ulcers and several in my hair line. Extreme irritability and at time almost in a rage like state for several minutes, which is not like me at all. I had chronic scarlet fever as a kid. I am allergic to literally anything you can shake a stick at; as well as things you can't see. Anaphylactic reaction to tree, grass, mold, weeds dust mites etc... and going thru my second round of desensitization for all. I do have a history of hyperthyroidism, hypoglycemia, depression and anxiety (bi-polar) (but I think this that is bull horns). I also have self medicated in the past for the anxiety with alcohol and on time drug use but that has been 5 years ago. I weight 120 athletic build 5'5'', I am an avid potter (but have not had the interest to even touch the clay). I had a 4.0 in H.S. and graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice and a double minor in Ceramic art & Anthropology. I had worked as director of Alternative Education for our local Middle School system. I am extremely active (until lately) and generally a pretty easy going person (said no one that has dealt with me in the last few days). I know I have the allergies. But its the other stuff that looks like a thyroid storm, toxic mold syndrome (I know I know) or even Graves Disease (all symptoms except the eye bulging) that baffles me and my team of doctors. A few are ready to throw in the towel with a psychiatric diagnosis and a epi-pen, but I think you know if I am taking the time to lay it all out there its something more. Plus a bipolar type 1 with a manic episode is just too boring to be tied up with (and I know what one of those looks and feels like! I swear the only other time in my life I have had the "impending doom" feeling was a mold exposure mixed with steroids , which is a big no no for me and in 2012 when I did have a thyroid storm). I have labs I can provide of every sort, drug tests (negative of course), history going back 20 years, pictures, you name it and its uploaded. Who is ready for a good 'ol fashion stump ya mutha with a whata'?
*And just for the record I am an educated and articulate individual. I just needed to lighten things up.
I am extremely frustrated and know with every day that passes that we get further from knowing what these things are that are truly going on with me. But also know that should it be that simple I will take it gracefully. But come on at least lets gets some fresh eyes on it!
Regards,
XXXX XXXXXXX
