Brief Answer:
It can be due to mild infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your total wbc count is slightly high. Rest all parameters are almost normal or not significant.

Slight high wbc count can be normal variation or due to some infection. You may have sign and symptoms or you may not have any problems and it is subclinical infection.

Nothing to worry much about that.

If you have any symptoms of infection then you should take antibiotics treatment accordingly. If you don't have any symptoms then no treatment is required.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
