What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: Just got the report and worried seeing the RH factor being high. :-(
RHEUMATOID FACTOR (RA), SERUM - 56.90 IU/mL
Did I got Rheumatoid Arthritis? If so, what has to be done?
Is it curable?
I have attached the report.
Could you please analyse the report and advise me.

Hi
Yes there is a possibility that this is rheumatoid arthritis especially if you have underlying joint pains and swelling.
There should be a further check up with esr and anti ccp.
This is a chronic disease fully controllable with medication but it is not possible to get rid of it completely.
I suggest see your rheumatologist and get started with the proper medication.

Hi
This disease can start at any age.
The prognosis depends on how early we start treatment.if treatment is started early the results are good.
There are no special dos and don't s.
But the general recommendations are take a balanced diet., exercise regularly and take medication as prescribed.
It doses not seem to be very bad as your inflammatory markers like crp are normal.

Exercise s need to be regular aerobic exercises like regular brisk walking or jogging.
The test is anti CCP as I stated earlier.
