Brief Answer:
Hypo vitaminosis D and B12, need supplementation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.

I have gone through your details and reports. You are suffering from hypo vitaminosis D and B12.
I suggest

1. Vit D 60000 IU alternate days( Capsules) for 10 days followed by once weekly for 6 weeks. This is to bring your vit D Levels to normal limits.

2. Inj Vit B12-- 10 injections are required and then oral supplementation( tablets) to bring the level to about 500.

Repeat your tests in 8 weeks to see the results. Additional therapy may be required.

Thanx for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question
