Brief Answer:
Dyslipidemia

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It looks like you have Hypercholestremia and Hypertriglyceridemia. Which means that you have high cholesterol and also Vit D levels are low.
Here is what you should do

1. Avoid oily food items
2. Exercise daily for atleast 30 min, best is jogging or cycling for 30 min
3. Lose weight
4. Avoid smoking and alcohol

I suggest you to take Tab Rosuvastain 10 mg, you are currently taking 40 mg which is a very high dose and might not be necessary at this point High cholesterol is easily treatable if tablets are taken with good compliance by the patient

Low Vit D is very well known in XXXXXXX and it is easily treatable with Vit D tablets. I suggest you to take Tab D Rise once daily and check Vit D levels again after 1 month.

I hope I was if help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
