Brief Answer:
No need for diet change, exercise for 20 minutes daily.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
Your lipid profile is almost normal.
Such trivial elevations do not warrant any dietary or lifestyle modifications.
All you need to do is some exercise.
Exercise for 20 to 25 minutes daily, jogging, brisk walking or playing an outdoor game, anything will do.
Do not worry about these values, you are fine.
Best regards

Brief Answer:
Not a major concern but needs further evaluation. Get thyroid tested.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Thank you for getting back to me.
6 Kgs in 2 months is a significant weight gain, but not of major concern if there was some drastic change in diet.
I would like you to get your thyroid function checked to rule out hypothyroidism.
Please get Free T3, T4 and TSH levels done and revert to me so that I can guide you further.
Best regards
