Brief Answer:
Age related reduction in size

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Your Brain CT scan report is normal. Mild to moderate atrophy means that the size of brain has shrunk to some extent. This is due to old age and it is progressive. With age there is loss of neurons in brains, resulting in atrophy.
