What Does This Brain MRI Report Indicate?
Question: Had an MRI of my brain because I had numbness on the left side of my face, and disorientation. Findings were basically normal with the following noted:
BRAIN: Few scattered tiny foci of supratentorial predominantly frontal white matter T2 hyperintense foci.
MASTOIDS: Minimal left air cell opacification.
OTHER: Expected arterial and dural venous flow voids are present.
CONCLUSION: Negative for acute intracranial abnormality.
Few tiny foci of white matter T2 hyperintense signal change, upper limits of
normal for physiologic change, mild microvascular ischemic or post inflammatory
residua not excluded.
I am treated for head issues (depression, ptsd), and have TMJ worse on left side. I get severe pain in my head from any kind of gravitational force (such as a rollercoaster or jumping - so I don't do it anymore) Also, have had a few head injuries (car accidents, and fell on my face). Had osteomyelitis (stepped on a nail at age 12). Just looking to see if any of this explains what I experience.

Brief Answer:
No definite correlation
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic.
I have gone carefully through your question as well as the MRI findings. Unfortunately I cannot find a direct correlation. However, clinical correlation is needed.
