What Does This Calcium Score Test Report Indicate?

Question: I took a cadiac scoring test and the result was 17. 9 in LAD all other lm lcx rca normal orgin'
the impression read single vessel territory mild burden of coronary calcium and i was placed in 73rd percintile
Question 1 17.9 i am in an index between 11-100 but since i am so low close to 11 am i less likely to have a heart attack then somene who is 100 in my index
why am i put in the 73rd percentile when my number is fairly low close to 0? I am XXXXXXX XXXXXXX male 45
