Hello XXXXX
Fingure size patch in the left lung may be due to reasons like consolidation patch etc.Since,he is only 25 years old, tumour is unlikely. It is important to know his present symptoms and reasons for chest X-ray.
He need follow up chest X-ray,so that its progression or resolution can be assessed.
CT scan of thorax can be done if needed.
Previous X-rays showed increased bronchovascular markings. It is a non specific finding and it may be increased due to infection, inflammation, age related etc.It is not a matter of concern.
Other findings are normal.

Hello XXXXXX
For chest pain, your husband need proper evaluation.Cardiac cause is unlikely considering his age,but it is important to screen cardiac causes.
Consolidation may also cause pain some times.
Firstly,he need broad spectrum antibiotics. If patch doesn't resolve then other causes like tuberculosis should be excluded by further investigations.
Morning spitting may be due to acidity.Proton pump inhibitors like tablet pantoprazole can be prescribed.
