Brief Answer:
Give her antibiotic.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your mother's situation and problem.
I have gone through the report you have attached.
Possibility of bronchitis is more in her case.
And this is not serious condition.
She is taking esiflo inhaler. This is good for bronchitis.
Most common cause for bronchitis is infection.
So better to give her broad spectrum antibiotic like levofloxacin.
Grilinctus is cough suppressant.
In bronchitis, it is more beneficial to give expectorant, mucolytic and antioxidants XXXXXXX n acetyl cysteine (NAC).
So discuss with her doctor about start these drugs for better symptomatic relief.
No need to worry, she will definitely improve. This is not serious condition.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wishing good health to your mother.
Thanks.

Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your mother's situation and problem.
So she has not taken any antibiotics.
In my opinion it is better to start broad spectrum antibiotic like levofloxacin.
Instead of grilinctus syrup, she will be more benefitted by mucolytic, expectorant and antioxidant drug, n acetyl cysteine (NAC).
Since both these drugs are prescribed medicines, better to discuss with her doctor about starting them.
Please let me know
