Your chest X ray is showing Mild cardiomegaly and prominent perihilar vascular markings.
Cardiomegaly could be due to long standing hypertension that cause left ventricular enlargement.
Prominent perihilar vascular marking could be due to respiratory tract infection.
Both findings could be a feature of chronic heart failure.
you should consult a cardiologist as early as possible and undergo
Blood pressure measurements, electrocardiogram and 2D echo for cardiac assessment.
