Brief Answer:
More pictures and detailed history required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
It seems you are having a parasite infestation called pediculosis capitis or hea lice infestation. Its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination and history.
Therefore, I insist you to post some more good clinical pictures with detailed history with associated symptoms so that I can help you in a better way.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Ivermectin, topical permethrin

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It seems you have got head and body lice infestation. I would suggest oral ivertmectin 12 mg in two doses 10 days apart empty stomach. I would also suggest you application of topical permethrin. For head lice, apply permethrin 1% solution on entire scalp and wash it off after 1 hour. Remove the white nits of lice manually with narrow-toothed comb. Repeat similar application once after 10 days.
For body lice, apply permethrin 5% cream in single application below neck donwwards to cover whole body. Wash it off after 8 hours and do not repeat this unless advised.
You can consult your dermatologist for the prescription of above mentioned drugs.
Thoroughly wash all your clothes and linen in warm water.
Maintain hygiene and avoid sharing of towels and other personal hygiene articles.
Hope this will take care of your issue.
Take care
