Brief Answer:
She needs further testing.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

Congratulation for her pregnancy!

I can understand your concern, though.

I have proceeded through her reports and they are suggestive of increased risk of Down syndrome in her case.

Please do not worry about the reports because it is only showing increased risk of Down syndrome in her case it does not mean that your child is suffering from down syndrome (not a diagnostic test).

In my opinion, she should give way for a triple marker test and a second level ultrasonography test after consulting her treating physician and for amniocentesis for more confirmation.

As her NT test is within normal limit may be her baby is not suffering from Down syndrome.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more questions.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
