Brief Answer:
Follow up after 10 days

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Though prima facae the results of Deeksha appear to be within normal range, she might have been referred to as a high risk case due to the following reasons:

1. These results would have been normal if the CR length of the baby was more than 7 cms. However, the CR length of the baby is just 58.1 mm, meaning thereby that the baby is small.

2. Considering it, the Beta hCG levels are rather high.

3. Moreover, the age of Deeksha is more than 32 years which again increases the risk.

In this you should go stepwise. Now please repeat her reports when she is 16 weeks pregnant; i.e. after 10 more days. After 10 days, please get her following investigations done:

1. Quadruple test
2. Early aneuploidy scan

Please upload the reports and images when available for my review when I can advise you further.
