Do I require consultation with Cardiologist?
Brief Answer:
Yes cardiologist consultation must.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Thank you for the query.
You seem to have a backward pressure building up in the heart. That means, diastole dysfunction that is seen ECHO, relaxing phase of the heart is not being complete. Hence the filling from pulmonary veins back to left ventricle is not happening leading piling up of blood backwards.
this might be because of high blood pressure or any forward obstructions to the pumping heart leading to hypertrophy of the left ventricle.
You need to meet a cardiologist sooner. He can prescribe you medication for controlling heart rate, muscle modulators and if required an angiogram.
Let me know any questions.

Brief Answer:
Pah is pulmonary artery Hypertension
Detailed Answer:
PAH is not good. however it depends on how much is the pressure which is measured with intra artery catheter.
