Brief Answer:
THe ecg parameters described are with en normal limits . It's So Bradycardi

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I went through the reports attached .

As I start I would like to reassure you that everything seems to be normal .
At 25 years and particularly in a female who is protected by her hormones , heart as cause of pain is unlikely.

The ecg attached attached is with en normal limited.
Bradycardia can be physiological ,important cause in young female is hypothyroidism - however her Tsh is normal ruling that out

Majority of reports are normal.
Vitamin d is on lower side ,
D rise XXXXXXX 60 k once a week with a warm glass of milk or water before bedtime for 8 weeks should be enough.
Though her hemoglobin is near normal , The stores seems less so iron rich particularly if you planning pregnancy is justified .
Rest all is okay .
For heart if pain persists a 2D echo can be considered, though not necessary in her case at this point of time .

As it's only in morning muscular seems unlikely.
If there has been a recent respiratory infection ,the pain can be explained because of the inflammation of the lung covering .
An alternative is reflux gastritis .
Taking a plain antacid
Sompraz D / Pan D or similar medication for 4 weeks before breakfast should help .

Le me know if any clarification is needed and I would be happy to help .

Thank You very much for your detailed Explanation. As per as your observations chest pain could be because of gastric problems and nothing to do with heart right?

Everything is clear we will take Sompraz D / Pan D as suggested by you in case if heart pain persist.
Will take D rise XXXXXXX 60 k every week for 2 Months.
If Chest pain persists for few more days then we will do Chest Xray and 2D echo as suggested by You.

Once again Thank You very much for your valuable and informative feedback.

Brief Answer:
Yes , An 2d echocardiography and Chest X ray if pain is persistent

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
At her age it's highly unlikely that the pain which is just in the morning and is not increased when she is working because of Heart . We should rule out common problems and if it still persists than do work up for heart .
Also the Ecg you have done doesn't point towards the heart .
Any Antacid for 2-3 weeks would help healing of stomach lining and resolve that problem.
A plain crocin may be taken sos it pain is persistent . It's paracetamol and doesn't have many side effects as sos dose .

Do let me know if any clarification is needed and I would be happy to help .
Do rate for others reference.
