What Does This Echocardiogram Test Report Indicate?
Impression: 1. Normal LV size and systolic function, LVEF 60-65% visual. Possible moderate diastolic dysfunction 2. Normal RV size and systolic function. Unable to estimate pulmonary pressures 3. Normal heart valves. Trivial MR. No AR. Trivial TR 4. Mildly dilated LA, 23cm2, 43ml/m2
I am worried and can not get in touch with doctor to get an explanation. Will anyone be able to tell me wether this is serious?

I read your query and understood your concerns.
Based on the cardiac echo results there's nothing to worry about. Your echo has nothing serios. You have a normal left ventricle (size and function) and normal heart valves.
The only abnormalities observed were:
- Mild diastolic disfunction whoch is a common findings at your age.
- Trivial (i.e minimal or trace) mitral and tricuspidal regurgitation (leakage). Please keep in mind that these are harmless echo findings and not a disease. Patients are asymptomatic.
- Mild atrial dilatatation which may cause palpitations and atrial arrhythmia.
