Brief Answer:
Get Anti tissue transglutaminase antibody levels

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist. I appreciate your concern regarding your daughter.

Biopsy report is suggestive of some malabsorption syndrome, may be celiac disease. But labelling it as celiac disease is not right. I will advise you to get her's blood test anti tissue transglutaminase antibody levels, if it is high then it will be confirmed that She is suffering from celiac disease.

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish her a good health. If you have further query I will like to answer that too.

Brief Answer:
Reports suggestive of celiac disease so don't give her gluten diet

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. sorry for delay. I ahve gone through the report. Anti TTg level is >200 which suggest it is celiac disease. So now it is confirmed that She is suffering from celiac disease. So don't give her gluten diet in future. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish her a good health. If you have further query I will like to answer that too
