Brief Answer:
RBCs in stool is a cause of concern.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your stool analysis report suggest 5 to 7 RBCs. Rest all findings are normal.
But Rbc's in stool suggest some bleeding. You may have some piles or fissure or some internal cause. You should go for per rectal examination and ultrasound abdomen once to search the cause of bleeding. You should also go for occult stool blood test.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. Thanks for using health care magic.
