What Does This Fetal Length During 26 Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?

My name is XXXXXXX andd I am 26+ weeks pregnant, i took an ultrasound yesterday and i am worried about foetal length. These are my ultrasound report please suggest is everything normal and how do i increase my baby's FL.
BPD: 65.2 mm, HC: 232.6 mm, FL: 44.4mm, AC: 207.2 mm
FL is length of thigh bone and is acceptable if it shows 24 weeks 4 days
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. The BPD 65 mm corresponds to biparietal diameter of the head. It is 26 weeks 2 days.
2. The HC 232.6 mm corresponds to head circumference of the fetus. It is 26 weeks 2 days.
3. The FL 44.4 mm corresponds to femur length which is thigh bone length. It is 24 weeks 4 days.
4. The AC 207.2 mm corresponds to abdominal circumference of the fetus. It is 25 weeks 2 days.
5. Sometimes one of the variables might be slightly less or more than the average age of the baby probably doe to subjective variation in measurement. FL or femur length is the length of thigh bone and might be considered normal if it is showing 24 weeks 4 days then there is no need to worry about it.
If you are worried then please go back to the doctor and request for a re check once again. However even if it is confirmed to be 44.4 mm on repeat scan still it is acceptable as normal.
Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek

Thanks for your suggestion.
You can follow the chart and modify it to include foods you like
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. You can follow this chart and also add items which you like. XXXXXXX is a huge country with people having different types of foods and you might have your own choices.
2. Please see that there is not more that 3 to 4 hours gap between meals in the day and eat clean and hygienic foods. Avoid foods cooked earlier and eat freshly cooked foods. You can occasionally also have light snacks like bread and sandwiches. I mean to say that you should have a good diet intake of energy giving foods.
3. Wishing you a happy pregnancy.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek
