Brief Answer:
Chances of conception are there

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Since your cycles have become regular and thyroid hormones are within normal limit, the chances of conception are there.
After ovulation induction with clomiphene citrate, the chances are increased.
In follicular monitoring, no follicles might have been present in right ovary, hence mentioned as blank, while the dominant follicle in left ovary is11 mm, which is expected to grow over time. If it ruptures by 16-18 th day, then chances of conception are increased.
Endometrial thickness( ET) of 8.1 mm is ideal for conception.
I would suggest you to get your follicular monitoring till the follicle ruptures, and have unprotected intercourse within24 hours of the rupture to maximize the chances of conception.

Brief Answer:
Normal follicular growth

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX thanks for responding. Usually both ovaries do not respond similarly to ovulation induction and the dominant follicle is present in single ovary in each cycle.
Follicle in left ovary has grown by 3mm over a period of 2 days, which is normal. There is no need to do anything to stimulate follicular growth.
Chances of conception in an ovulation induction cycle is 30-35% when you have unprotected intercourse within 24 hours of follicular rupture.
The dominant follicle will rupture by day 14-16.
You should repeat your follicular study every alternate day till day 16 or till the follicle ruptures.

Wishing you good health.
