What Does This Follicular Study Report Indicate?

Question: Hello Doctor,
I had consulted for opinion earlier on 18th July regarding the folicular study that my wife was adviced and the details on that.

Unfortunately we did not observe any sign of conceiving this month.
I am not sure if going through similar procedure would help us again.
What would you suggest to follow next?

Hi XXXXXXX thanks for trusting our portal for your health queries. I have reviewed our previous conversation.
Since your wife was being given ovulation induction drugs to increase the chances of conception in the last cycle, same treatment should be followed for at least next 5 cycles before moving on to assisted means of conception like intrauterine insemination.
You both should not be disappointed as the chances of conception in a single ovulation induction cycle is maximum 30-35%.
It is advisable to take ovulation induction for at least6 months before moving on to next infertility treatment.
Moreover, you both should be stress free as stress also lowers the chances of conception.Be positive and hopeful.
