Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I have gone through your report. It clearly shows that up to day 17, there was no ovulation. On day 19, it states sign of luteinisation.
Let me explain you about luteinisation.
The egg inside the follicle is growing and maturing. Along with, the follicle also grows in size. When the egg is mature enough, the follicle ruptures and egg is released. The remnants of follicle undergo certain changes so that it can produce hormones to stabilize the pregnancy. These changes are called as luteinisation. This luteinized remnant of follicle is called as Corpus luteum. In other words, the presence of Corpus luteum is an evidence of egg release. So your follicle has ruptured and the egg has been released.
However, at this stage, I would like to share some more information with you. The egg is usually released when the follicle is about 18 mm size. When the follicle grows more than 21 mm, the quality of egg is not good and the chances of its fertilization and/or successful pregnancy is poor. Your egg has been released too late. I would advise you to get injection for egg release when the follicle is 18 mm size.
I would have appreciated if you had uploaded your hormonal levels; particularly FSH, LH and Prolactin.
I feel I have resolved your query and moreover given you some more important scientific knowledge. If you want to have more information, I am always available for you, XXXXXXX
Thanks for the answer, but I need to know if the follicle has ruptured why the size is shown of both the follicle.Do they increase on size after rupture. For better understanding i m attaching my final 19th day ultrasound scan as well as Dr's report which is handwritten at YYYY@YYYY , may be u will better understand that and let me know my concerns.

Both the follicles ruptured; Day of hormonal assays required.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I have gone through your reports.
Ultrasonography shows that two follicles were present on the left side and both of them have ruptured. So you had two eggs available for fertilization with the possibility of twin pregnancy if the pregnancy occurs. Did you have sexual contact on and around day 19 when the ovulation (egg release) has occurred? If so, wait for the periods to miss. If you miss the period, please let me know so that I can advise you for further action. Of course both the follicles were oversized. So I would like to keep my fingers crossed.
I have gone through your hormonal assays also. Before I could pass any comment on that, I have to inform you that through out the cycle, every day, the hormonal levels change. Hence it is imperative that you inform me on which day of the cycle the estimations were carried out. I hope you appreciate the concern and update the information for me so that I can opine on it.
What was your date of last menstrual period? If you inform me that, I can keep a track of it. From your scan report, I figure out that your last periods appeared on 01st October, 2015; am I correct?
Please update me further for more clear picture, XXXXXXX
